Laurie Dillon-Schalk is the founder and CEO of Social Wisdom.

She is an advertising & strategy executive with an economics, e-commerce and data science background. And as a mass advertising agency expat, she has over 10 years leading both strategy planning and social listening intelligence on brands, categories, consumers and the market landscape in which they compete – helping to infuse all insights into creative.

She credits success to a unique background in e-commerce [IBM],  conversion optimization [WestJet] and branding [Kraft Foods].  This has led to the introduction of conversion focused planning in advertising and a specialized focus on purchase intent, motivations, and barriers as well as a facility with AI machine learning systems not understood nor used by many.
